Contact us within 7 days
Email hello@onmebali.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive return authorisation
We'll confirm your return and send detailed instructions within 24 hours.
Pack carefully
Return the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Ship within 14 days
Send the parcel using a tracked postal service within 14 days of initiating the return. Share the tracking number with us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 28 working days to your original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges — please return your item and place a new order. The following items cannot be returned: altered goods, accessories, perfume, masks, underwear, swimwear, jewellery, and cosmetics. Original shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable. We are not liable for items lost in transit during return.
